Scheduling a Meeting
1. Open your browser and go to zoom.us
2. Once you have signed in, click My Account
3. On the left hand side you will click MEETINGS.
4. Click Schedule a Meeting
5. Enter the Title of the Meeting. Select the Date & Time.
6. Scroll down and select these settings:
- Meeting ID: Generate Automatically
- Meeting Options: Mute participants upon entry
7. Save. Once saved, you can add the link to a calendar invite.
